The Cooper Companies Completes Acquisition of Sauflon Pharmaceuticals Limited

(NYSE: COO) has completed its acquisition of Sauflon Pharmaceuticals Limited, the manufacturer and distributor of soft contact lenses and solutions. The transaction – valued at approximately $1.2 billion – gives CooperVision the ability to offer the most extensive range of daily disposable contact lens options to eye care practitioners and wearers worldwide.
